The Building Process  

Initial Meeting:
We will sit down with you and the architect and begin by discussing your wants and needs. From those wants and needs we will begin designing your home.

Design Meeting:
A small deposit and letter of intent will allow us get moving forward and begin layout of the home’s blueprints.

Review Meeting:
At this meeting you will get to meet with the superintendent in charge of your home building. He will look to you for input along the way. We will review the blueprints with you and plan for the construction phase.

Pre-Construction Meeting:
At this meeting you will make choices on materials, fixtures, and accessories to truly make this custom home yours.

Construction Begins:
Construction begins as you see your dream home rise.

Pre-Drywall Electrical Walk through:
Before the drywall goes up, you and Castalia will decide where all the electrical should go and to review the entire construction.

Pre-Closing Meeting:
A meeting will be scheduled where you will receive a Home Orientation Book containing all of the information and the warranties for the home. Your home will be covered by Residential Warranty Company. Closing:
At closing the title will be transferred and you get the keys to your new custom home. After the closing, we will be available to you to answer any questions because we build a quality home and will stand behind it long after the closing.
