Castalia Homes Home Trade-In Program
New clients can now build a new Custom Built Home by Castalia Homes without the risk of carrying two mortgages.  Castalia Homes Trade-In Program guarantees the purchase of a client's existing home. Once a client has entered into a contractual agreement with Castalia Homes to build a new custom home, Castalia Homes will:

1. Engage an independent appraiser to appraise the client's existing home. Based on the appraisal, Castalia Homes will assign a fair market selling price for the existing home. Construction will begin on the newly custom designed Castalia Homes home.
2. Castalia Homes will attempt to sell the client's existing home during the construction period.  If the home does not sell within this time period, Castalia Homes will then purchase the existing home outright from the client at a pre-determined discounted price.
